EndemolShine is in transformation – part of which is a cultural shift through five core values. To better understand these values and personalize and internalize them, EndemolShine takes its staff on an adventure. A two-day event for 370 employees in Center Parcs Port Zélande. Travelling by bus, the guests find themselves on a wintery square drinking glühwein with a sausage sandwich before freshening u pand diving head first into a festive dinner and fun dance party in the tropical swimming pool of the venue. The following day, all commit to the company’s strategy by joining in a New Years plunge into a freezing ocean.
